She is consistently one of the top agents on 30A by sales and transaction volume, in the top 1% of Corcoran agents nationwide, and ranked in the elite group of the top agents in the country by RealTrends and The Wall Street Journal.
Following a successful career as founder of Atlanta-based marketing public relations firm, Lynne brought her love of investment properties and real estate, joining the luxury powerhouse brokerage of Corcoran Reverie in 2020. Using her deep roots in marketing and expertise in buying and selling investment properties, Lynne Andrews offers a concierge level of service for every one of her clients, helping them achieve and exceed their real estate investment goals. As a seasoned luxury realtor, she prides herself on going above and beyond the sale for buyers and sellers, staying connected with her clients long after their property closes. As a top producer on 30A, she has personally achieved over $93M in sales since 2019.
Originally from Oklahoma, Jodie and her family have lived across the country, recently relocating full-time to Santa Rosa Beach from Atlanta. Jodie and her husband have owned investment properties for the past 20 years, including a gulf-front vacation rental on 30A. Jodie has more than 25 + years of professional experience working in counseling, ministry, and administration.
Jodie has the desire to help clients navigate the real estate process, from searching for that perfect property to ushering them through the offer and closing process. Her passion for real estate and deep knowledge of the area allows Jodie to help clients achieve their goals of finding their perfect dream home or investment property along the Emerald Coast.
Stephanie was born and raised in Atlanta, GA and has a degree in Finance from Jacksonville State University. Stephanie began her career as an underwriter for PNC bank which led her to a 20+ year career as an underwriter for the Dept of Veteran Affairs. Stephanie is married to a real estate associate broker who serves both the Fla and GA markets. She acquired her real estate license in 2016 to assist him with his transactions. She found her passion behind the scenes supporting agents with the transaction instead of negotiating deals. Stephanie began working with agents as a TC in Georgia which led to support the brokerage of agents for Corcoran Reverie. Stephanie loves the hustle of real estate and assisting her agents to get their contracts to close as smoothly as possible.
Stephanie resides outside Atlanta, GA with her husband, 4 kids, and 2 dogs. Stephanie loves hanging out with her family, going to church, watching Braves baseball, and Florida Gator football.
